Five Course Formal Dinner
1st: Beet and arugula salad with goat cheese and house made balsamic reduction
2nd: Manhattan seafood chowder
3rd: Wild mushroom Risotto
4th: Salmon filet w Scallops and Prawns topped with a dill cream sauce served with roasted tri-colour potatoes asparagus and baby carrots
5th: Tiramisu with fresh berries and mini macaroons
Includes glass of port and 2 glasses (white or Red) of bc wine per person
formal black tie attire
For men: consists of the traditional tuxedo and accompaniments
or
a black suit, a white shirt, a black bow tie or a black long tie, black dress socks and black formal shoes.
For women :A long evening gown or a cocktail dress.
